Accommodation in Vellore tends to be in great demand throughout the year and getting a decent accommodation at affordable costs is a very difficult task. CCC has made special arrangements at hotels  and hostels. These will be available on a first-come-first-served basis. To avail these rates, the reservations must be done through the form given below following the procedures outlined in this document.

Accommodation will be provided for 4 nights (3-6 January, 2011).   In the CCC hostel, accommodation would be provided on payment of a fixed accommodation fee. There is no subsidy for staying for a shorter number of nights. Those who have registered for workshop (on 4^th January) may report on 3^rd January, 2011 at their respective places. It is essential to book accommodation in advance to avoid inconvenience to you.

CCC will arrange transport  to and from the conference venue on all days of the conference from the designated hotels / hostels mentioned below.  The organizing committee may still help delegates find accommodation at the best  possible rates in the hotels, even on accommodation requisition received after Nov. 20th 2010.  However, the discounted rates mentioned below cannot be guaranteed.
