13 students from H.P.T. Arts and R.Y.K. Science College along with Mrs.Shubada Pange participated in 5 days Counselling Skills Programme here at CCC from 8th March to 12th March 2010. They appreciated the programme very much as is evident from the evaluation. A few of them want to come back for the 8 week course as they thoroughly enjoyed the learning experience here at CCC.
18 students from New Arts Commerce and Science College, along with Mr.Rajendra Ramdas Kumbhar participated in a 5 days Counselling Skills Programme from 8th March to 12th March 2010. They gratefully acknowledged the input and practical sessions and the facilities provided here. They said that they are taking with them every warm memories of their stay in CCC.
Career Counselling Training for INFOSYS (BPO) HR managers of Bangalore, Pune, Jaipur and Gurgaon, was given by our Director, Dr.B.J.Prashantham in Bangalore. This turned out to be an instant hit and they were extremely grateful for whatever they received. It was a well structured training programme emphasising Listening Skills, Empathy, Challenging Skills, Action Plan and Stratagies for implementation in innovative ways, integrating Counselling with employee engagement.
